Paiwan tribe Wooden cup for Wine

The double millet wine cup is an essential accessory for the Paiwan people during ceremonies, weddings, hunting rituals, births, and other important events. To toast, participants crouch side by side, each holding one handle of the cup, and drink together. This double cup is not just an ordinary vessel—it symbolizes the joyful moments of tribal life and the unity of the clan. This model is paint in brown and white with carving of human faces and a standing ancestor on each handle.
